Size-Based Purchases

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Products that feature a published size guide are not eligible for returns or refunds if an incorrect size is chosen by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult the size guide thoroughly and ensure the appropriate size selection before finalizing the purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was advertised, please notify us directly.

After assessing the claim, Top Sale will offer a replacement or a refund for the defective or damaged item. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed.
